Salary is 75k to 95k
- 4 to 10 years of IT Support / Service Desk Support.
- Responsible to provide a high level of L1 to L3 Desktop and Helpdesk support services to the user base, both on-site and remote.
- Troubleshoot software and computer peripherals, Active Directory and Group Policy, and Intune experience.
- Provide support for Desktop and Laptop computers, printers and other equipment.
- Support MS Office, Office 365, and Avaya phones.
- Any knowledge of Windows Servers or Cloud / AWS, or Application Support is a plus.
- Suggest improvements to the operations.
- Completed 4 year degree is required.
