Solution Architect

Overview

Execute the design, development and modification of application solutions and tools for use in data analytic solutions and services. Gather, analyze and finalize business requirements for data analytic solutions and translate them into detailed development specifications and architecture to solve complex business problems and to deliver end-to-end service-oriented solutions.

• Apply experience with Python, Power BI and SQL Server to build solution designs and architecture presented to clients for review and selection.
• Draft high and low-level documentation, develop robust project plans encompassing milestones, deliverables and dependencies taking into account both required resource availability and risk assessment.
• Apply understanding of database structure and design to plan the optimization of SQL queries to improve the solution’s performance.
• Implement the company’s data analytic solutions to meet end-user requirements and conduct User Interface customization.
• Apply understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques to support the development of independent advanced modules for the company’s data analytics solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering field (foreign equivalent degrees acceptable) and 2 years of experience in the position or in a related software developer, computer programmer, or computer systems analyst position.

• 12 months of experience employing Python and Power BI to develop business data analytic tools or solutions.
• 12 months of experience employing SQL Server.

This is a full time professional position to be headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey with relocation to unanticipated project sites throughout the United States required.
