Responsibilities Include:
• Video, Audio, Photography & Animation Media Management
• Assessment & recommendations of current assumptions & considerations for Media Management in a busy facility.
• Design, Deployment & on-going Management of Media Management across all capabilities & productions including remote, studio & post production
• Additional Video IT Associate responsibilities including - technical support and response to leadership team and editors staff & remote , possible side by side engagement with other IT & Video IT personnel for technical oversight and response related to production & post, engagement with company IT department, cross functional exchanges – engagements – actions related to the optimum technical operation of facility and additional evolving responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Transparent tracking & reporting related to issues and resolutions to Leadership across both Media Management & Video IT support.
• Attendance at weekly team meetings for current updates
• On going assessment and recommendations for process improvement across all responsibilities
• Additional representation & technical responsibilities of department as assigned by department.
Position Requirements :
• Equivalent Experience or Bachelor Degree in Technical Computer, Video IT, Media Engineering and/or General IT applied in a Video Production Environment, basic knowledge of video servers & video production.
• 5+ years experience in Media Management & Video IT including Production and Post Production software and hardware management
• Deep comfort level working within the scope of a leading company
• Highly organized with proven ability to multi-task effectively.
• Energetic, positive & highly professional approach to each workday with exceptional department representation & service.
• Highly Professional with excellent communication & presentation skills
Skills and Knowledge Desired
• Operates efficiently in a fast paced and very deadline driven environment
• Resourceful and strategic technical thinker
• Deep accountability for the entire media management process and outcomes
• Extensive Computer skills: PC/MAC platforms
• Video editing skills preferable but not necessary
