The Construction/Mac/Cabling Analyst III works with the team on program coordination and oversight of construction related activities for new builds, general capital projects as well as moves, adds and changes. This will include the ownership of project design, project scope, timeline, bill of material and budget. Ensure IT and construction standards are followed. Help teams perform quality audits, punch lists and ensure issues are re‑mediated before the vendors are released from the project.

Interface with key internal stakeholders to obtain their requirements and drive vendors to adhere to these key elements. Understand the technical requirements of our engineering and IT teams and ensure the completed project meets these requirements. Understand network deployment types and insure that diversity requirements that are required are met. Program coordination, risk mitigation and reporting status reviews to management and internal customers.
