Join Care Ten Inc. as a Hiring & Scheduling Coordinator, responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing the personnel lifecycle of qualified Home Health Aides (CHHA's) to meet client needs. The role includes oversight of personnel file management, compliance coordination, and coordination of employee communications.

Job Description
  • Demonstrate and communicate Care Ten’s core values.
  • Develop and execute a quarterly recruitment plan and budget.
  • Identify and target appropriate recruiting sources (newspaper, career fairs, digital media, etc.).
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events within budget.
  • Track and measure recruitment advertising results.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process from candidate call through onboarding.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews in accordance with policy.
  • Collect new hire information (references, license, background checks, etc.).
  • Facilitate orientation for newly hired field employees.
  • Maintain personnel files, credentialing records, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all employee information meets federal, state, and CHAP requirements.
  • Maintain a database of employee and prospective employee information.
  • Coordinate annual performance evaluations with Client Service Managers and Director of Patient Services.
  • Manage employee communications such as garnishments, unemployment claims, disability and reference checks.
  • Oversee service and employment related content during and after normal business hours as necessary.
