Job Description:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of Care Ten, Inc.
  • Handle recruitment management: plan, prepare, conduct, and evaluate recruitment advertising as applicable. a) Assess recruiting needs and target appropriate sources. b) Develop a recruiting strategy including a quarterly plan and budget. c) Recruit sufficient field employees to meet client needs. d) Identify and utilize sources such as newspapers, magazines, mailings, career fairs, trainings, job posting websites, digital media, etc. e) Organize open houses, attend career fairs, and participate in recruitment events within budget.

    f) Monitor and evaluate advertising effectiveness. g) Promote Care Ten as the employer of choice. h) Design and oversee employee retention programs. i) Participate in hiring and employment separation decisions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding: a) Handle candidate inquiries. b) Schedule and conduct interviews. c) Collect references, licenses, background checks. d) Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation. e) Enter and update candidate information. f) Stay informed about employee pay and benefits.
  • Oversee personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination: a) Manage new hire documentation. b) Ensure compliance with legal requirements. c) Maintain employee database. d) Coordinate performance evaluations. e) Manage employee communications regarding garnishments, claims, etc. f) Assist in designing retention programs. g) Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Manage service and employment-related communications after hours as needed.
