The Program Coordinator, AYA will serve as the primary point person for the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Oncology Program collaboration with key team members including the Medical Lead and Nurse Navigator, this role will grow and develop the program to identify needs and bridge care gaps for oncology patients in the age range of 15-39.
Education,Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- BA/BS diploma/degree.
- Minimum of 3 or more years work experience in a position requiring direct contact with people.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, and handle multiple deadline driven tasks in a dynamic environment is essential.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Oncology experience.
- Clinical Research experience.
