• Deliver evidence‑based nursing practices and ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team about status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medication using the latest bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document point‑of‑care electronic assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide patient and family centered education to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for safe transitions and continuum of care.

• Valid New Jersey nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association.
• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Minimum one year of RN experience required.
• Telemetry certification is a plus; ACLS certification preferred; national certification a plus.
• Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and passion to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Minimum rate: $45.73/hour. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this.>
