The Environmental Service Aide I (ESA I) performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a clean environment for patients, clients, and visitors.

• Maintains all floor surfaces.
• Performs repetitive cleaning operations throughout the work day under specific instructions with limited need for individual judgment in solving problems.
• Works with frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions.
• Moves furniture as required.
• Replaces shower curtains as needed.
• Collects soiled linen and disposes of linen in laundry chute.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
• Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers
• Exceptional focus on teamwork
• Ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus

Education,

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred:

• Previous Environmental Service or Housekeeping experience
• High School diploma, GED, or GED equivalent programs

Starting at $18.16 Hourly
