Position: Patient Safety Attendant - Full Time Evenings (3pm-11:30pm)
Hackensack Meridian Health - : eeb-1 [Nursing Assistant / Health Aide] As a Patient Safety Attendant at Hackensack Meridian Health, you'll:
Monitor patients closely to ensure their safety and prevent falls;
Assist nursing staff by providing basic patient care and comfort measures;
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members;
Document observations and report any changes in patient condition promptly;
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients;
