The Perfusion Technician prepares patient charts and sets up, prepares, cleans, and maintains par levels for all equipment.
Education,Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Some college.
- Some experience in a hospital related position.
- Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients and visitors.
- Lifts a minimum of 70 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 300 lbs. and stands a minimum of 8 hours a day.
