The Physical Therapist W/E provides physical therapy services to individuals and their families in a team relationship with other health care providers in a setting that is designated by the department.

• Performs all functions associated with the evaluation of patients for all age groups within the department's responsibility.
• Performs all functions associated with the execution of therapeutic treatment for all age groups within the department's responsibility.
• Completes all documentation required within the regarded timeline according to department.
• Identifies the needs of the patient population served and modifies and delivers care that is specific to those needs (i.e., age, culture, language, hearing and/or visually impaired) and communicates with the patient, parent, and/or primary caregiver(s) at their level.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
• 2+ years of experience.

• Physical Therapist License.

Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs., and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.

Flat rate of $68.13 hourly. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act.

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
