Assistant Program Coordinator - New Directions Program

New Responsibilities:

• Assists in the daily management of the New Directions program
• Develops treatment plans with consumers
• Conducts intakes on direct referrals to the program
• Monitors staff performance in all program activities and provides supervision as needed
• Assists in the completion of staff performance evaluations
• Identifies and provides for the training needs of staff

Qualifications:

• MSW in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
• A minimum of three years experience in a clinical setting, preferably with psychiatric adolescent population
• LSW and Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license

Pay:

• $58,000 annual salary

Shift

• Monday through Thursday, 12pm-8pm
• Friday, 3pm-8pm
  * occasionally 9am-2pm
