A fast-growing facility services company headquartered in Northern New Jersey is seeking a hands‑on Controller to build and lead the accounting function.

This is a great opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys improving processes, building reporting infrastructure, and partnering with operations in a growing organization.

• Lead the accounting function including AP, AR, and potentially payroll
• Own month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze profitability by client, contract, and location
• Improve financial processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support growth and operational decision making

• Controller or Assistant Controller experience
• Strong financial reporting and operational finance experience
• Background in service, facilities, construction, staffing, or multi‑site businesses preferred

• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote
