Sr. Finance Manager, NA Global Services, MedTech CFM

Role Summary

Senior Finance Manager, NA Global Services, Med Tech CFM, located in Titusville, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ. Responsible for controllership of actuals across Surgery, Electrophysiology and Neurology (EP&N), Cardio, new acquisitions and Orthopedics within the North American portfolio, with direct support to at least four Commercial CFOs. The role is regional (NA and OUS) and highly visible, supporting all NA Med Tech Business Units (~$10B in NTS).

Provides trusted business partnership and leadership in BRAVO external reporting, End-to-End accounting oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with BU Finance, Corporate Services, A&D, and Global Services Finance, including involvement in special projects such as Signi Fi to address financial reporting and business needs.

• Accounting to Report (Hard Finance):
  • Partner across all tiers of the organization to coordinate closing efforts and ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant for the MRCs supported.
  • Own Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow reviews, BS-75 reporting, among others.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audit processes.
  • Drive standardization and process improvement across markets, leveraging digital tools and maximizing efficiency (e.g., SAP, TM1, Alteryx, UiPath).
• Finance Business Partnering:
  • Act as strategic finance advisor to BUF, FP&A and senior business leaders.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, M&A activities, and strategic projects, serving as the “Face of GS”.
  • Identify, propose, and execute process improvements that generate value through cost avoidance, compliance enhancement, and revenue generation.
• Leadership & Influence:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, growth mindset, and accountability.
  • Champion DE&I and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Influence across GS Finance and BUF organizations to drive strategic alignment and change.
  • Support, influence, and execute Signi Fi and other Technological Transformation initiatives, managing change and shaping processes and talent workforce strategies.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Preferred: MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of progressive finance experience, including shared services and commercial finance.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge:
  Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Systems:
  Experience with SAP, TM1, BRAVO, and other financial systems.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify and implement value-generating process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required); MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.

• Up to 10% travel (local and international).
