Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Medical Doctor specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology 관리 (OB/GYN) located in Hackensack, NJ. The responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to patients through all stages of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum as well as gynecological care. This is a 1/5 call rotation schedule with office time.

  • Call Rotation
    : 1 in 5 call schedule
  • Weekend Call
    :
    Weekend call required as part of the rotation
  • Labor & Delivery Model

    Home call (not in‑house)
  • On‑Call Support
    :
    Collaborative care model working alongside experienced midwives
Compensation & Benefits
  • $400,000 guaranteed base salary
  • Up to $50,000 annual salary increase per year

Qualifications
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Proficiency in patient care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care
  • Skills in performing gynecological surgeries and procedures
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities related to women's health
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of current medical technologies and patient care protocols
  • Compliance with state medical licensing requirements
  • Experience in high‑risk obstetrics is a plus
