Corporate Counselor

We are looking for an experienced Travel Counselor – SABRE to join a dynamic remote team supporting corporate business travelers. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong corporate travel and GDS expertise who are comfortable working flexible shifts.

• 5 consecutive working days with 2 consecutive days off
• Shifts between 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
  , including:
• Must be able to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)

As a Travel Counselor, you will provide exceptional service to corporate clients, handling domestic and international travel arrangements while ensuring policy compliance and high service standards.

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals & groups)
• Research and analyze travel options; anticipate traveler needs
• Book domestic & international travel (air, rail, road, hotel)
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies
• Deliver professional phone-based customer support
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

• Minimum 5 years of Native Sabre GDS experience
• Strong corporate and international travel booking experience
• Corporate/business travel background required (no leisure-only or ticket counter experience)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently
• High integrity in handling confidential traveler information
