We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in analyzing, optimizing, and managing the company's fleet operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Analysis
  • Collect and analyze data related to fleet performance, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Create reports and dashboards that highlight trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimization Projects
  • Participate in cost-reduction initiatives, including fuel optimization and route planning.
  • Collaborate with team members to research and propose fleet management solutions.
  • Compliance Checks
  • Assist in ensuring fleet operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining records related to inspections, licensing, and insurance.
  • Work with fleet managers, procurement teams, and other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
  • Provide actionable insights derived from analysis to help team decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with fleet management software or GIS mapping tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
  • Passionate about learning and contributing to the construction industry.
