Guardian Data is seeking a high-performing MBA Intern to support the SVP of Operations and Chief Financial Officer on high-impact initiatives across pricing, financial reporting, technology enablement, market intelligence, and M&A. This role offers meaningful exposure to executive decision‑making and enterprise‑level financial and strategic projects.

The intern will work cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales to deliver data‑driven insights that directly influence business growth and performance.

• Financial Modeling & Pricing: Build pricing and revenue models to improve win rates, margins, and sales effectiveness
• Board & Executive Reporting: Develop and enhance Board and management reporting using Excel, Net Suite, and Power BI
• Technology Enablement: Support rollout and integration of a new enterprise management system with Sales and Finance platforms
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• M&A Support: Research and model potential acquisition targets

• A current MBA student with a background in finance, strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Fluent in Excel modeling and data storytelling.
• Familiar with ERP/financial systems (Net Suite a plus).
• Skilled in competitive research and industry analysis.
• Interested in private equity–backed companies and growth‑stage operations.
• A clear communicator who is highly organized, ethical, and eager to learn by doing.
