Comply Ops Associate Analyst

The Comply Associate Analyst role supports our Financial Services clients by helping manage operational processes tied to regulatory reporting and data accuracy. You’ll work closely with teams to handle recurring workflows, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and support the coordination and execution of key operational activities for our clients.

This is an operations‑oriented position, ideal for graduates who enjoy process management, data review, coordination, and working within structured regulatory cycles.

• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks related to client regulatory filings.
• Review financial data and assist with preparing recurring reports.
• Help track deadlines, organize workflow steps, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Work with internal teams to improve operational processes and data quality.
• Communicate with team members to troubleshoot issues and support client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or greater in Organization and Management, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Quantitative Science.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with Excel and handling structured data.
• Interest in operations, regulatory processes, and the financial services industry.
