We're looking for someone who knows the data center world inside and out.
Not a generalist. Someone who's been in the room, knows the developers, GCs, the engineers, and the decision makers moving these projects forward.
At ULE Group we have the resources, the team, and the product depth to compete at the highest level on data center work. We have a 15+ person dedicated gear team, utility scale material stock, and a track record on major projects across the region.
What we need is the right person to open the right doors.
This is a relationship first business development role. Your job is simple: connect ULE with the right people in the data center space and let our team do the rest. If you have the network and know how to use it, we want to talk.
Responsibilities- Leverage existing relationships to connect ULE with developers, GCs, EPCs, and key decision makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center vertical
- Represent ULE at industry events and meetings
- Provide intel on upcoming projects and key players in the space
- Established relationships in the data center industry
- Understanding of how these projects are structured and who influences material decisions
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Background in electrical, construction, or related industries is a plus
- Competitive compensation: a base salary plus commission structure details discussed in interview. (Salary $50K–$90K depending on agreement)
