The Regional Business Development Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving business growth and development within a designated geographical region. As a key member of the executive team, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term business relationships.

As the Regional Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's footprint and driving revenue growth in the designated region. They will be instrumental in forging valuable business relationships, guiding the team, and achieving exceptional results in line with the company's overall strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define realistic revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.
  • Business Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of business development managers and associates to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
  • Formulate persuasive proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and business development performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize sales processes and boost revenue generation.
