We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to play a critical role in driving profitable growth across our North America business. In this role, you ll lead pricing analytics, price-pack architecture (PPA), elasticity modeling, and scenario planning to inform strategic commercial decisions. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams can execute—directly contributing to margin expansion, revenue optimization, and long‑term growth.

This role sits at the heart of Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

Perfect for a commercially curious, analytically strong talent who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What You’ll Do

Pricing Strategy & Analytics

  • Build pricing models, elasticity frameworks, and scenario simulations (list changes, pack shifts, promo overlays).
  • Develop clear guardrails and price recommendations grounded in insights and financial impact.
  • Ensure pricing decisions align with margin targets and overall growth strategy.

RGM Deployment & Execution

  • Support the RGM Lead in building and deploying RGM strategies for the U.S. market.
  • Create actionable RGM playbooks and tools for Sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure customer business plans reflect strong RGM principles and drive intended results.

Forecasting & Decision Support

  • Model revenue and margin impact of pricing, pack-size optimization, and trade investment.
  • Track performance vs. forecast and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze mix shifts, promotional performance, and retailer pricing dynamics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align pricing strategy.
  • Establish a cadence of RGM reviews with Key Account Managers to identify and activate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Global RGM team to ensure the U.S. leverages tools, training, and analytical support.
About You

Experience and Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in Pricing, RGM, Finance, Category/Customer Management, or related CPG roles.
  • Hands-on experience with price modeling, elasticity analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel modeling required (Power BI a plus).
  • Solid understanding of financial P&L structure and key value/margin levers.
  • Knowledge of the CPG retail landscape, promotions, and trade mechanics.
  • Experience implementing new processes, systems, or ways of working.
