Overview

We are seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team. This role reports to the Senior Sales Strategy Manager on Face and Skincare to translate brand and business strategies into effective customer execution.

You will be a critical arm in the Face and Skincare category, supporting Caress, Pond’s, St. Ives and other iconic brands. You will act as the bridge between cross-functional teams and the customer-facing sales organization; ensuring our strategies come to life in-market, building strong customer partnerships, and fueling profitable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update key sales tools, including the national display catalog, selling decks, SKU rankers, and price lists.
  • Analyze syndicated and retailer specific POS data to evaluate sales performance, distribution (ACV/TDP), velocity, pricing, promotions, and assortment effectiveness
  • Support development and execution of display and special pack programs—managing opportunity assessment, strategy, forecasting, and execution in partnership with Marketing, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
  • Assist in new product innovation sell-in, providing customer inputs and sales support.
  • Track customer planning timelines, distribution decisions, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for the sales team, providing guidance on how to best deliver against brand and marketing strategies.
  • Drive clear communication across customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in CPG; personal care experience preferred.
  • Background in sales strategy, trade management, analytics, business development, or category management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
  • Experience across multiple channels, ideally Mass, Dollar, Grocery, and Convenience.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to impact decisions both internally and with customers.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with Excel, Nielsen, Circana, Powerpoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
