Trusts & Estates Administrative Assistant

Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant to join our T&E Department in our New Jersey or New York offices. Experience with general probate procedures (including, but not limited to, document drafting and filing, etc.), communication with clients, probate clerks and other professionals, drafting of initial estate administration documents, assist with asset valuations, transfers and redemptions, collection of cash accounts, marshalling of assets, assistance with preparation of estate tax returns, drafting of distribution documents, and overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals in all other basis aspects of estate and trust administration.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and be a team player. We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
