Je speelt een cruciale rol in de zorg en begeleiding van cliënten met ernstige verstandelijke beperkingen, waaronder Alzheimer en autisme. De ideale kandidaat heeft een mbo-niveau 3 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en is flexibel inzetbaar.
