Een organisatie voor maatschappelijke opvang zoekt een Trajectbegeleider voor hun locatie in Haarlem. In deze rol begeleid je deelnemers in hun herstel en coördineer je hun trajecten. Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en ervaring met complexe doelgroepen. Je biedt ondersteuning bij praktische zaken en werkt samen met verschillende partners. De functie omvat doordeweekse dagdiensten van 09:00 tot 17:00, met flexibiliteit in werktijden.
Er zijn mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en een vast contract na 12 maanden.
