Een zorgorganisatie in Haarlem-Schalkwijk zoekt een (Persoonlijk) Begeleider Wonen voor 18-24 uur per week. Je biedt structuur en ondersteuning aan cliënten met verschillende zorgvragen. Gezocht wordt naar een geduldige begeleider met een mbo-niveau 4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn. De functie vereist flexibiliteit, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, en de mogelijkheid om te werken in moeilijke situaties. Een jaarcontract met kans op een vast dienstverband wordt aangeboden, samen met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
