Een zorgorganisatie in Haarlem zoekt een Persoonlijk of Coördinerend Begeleider voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. In deze rol bied je structuur en veiligheid aan cliënten met lichte verstandelijke beperkingen. Je werkt samen met collega's en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met de cliënten. Een afgeronde MBO-niveau 4 opleiding of HBO in Zorg en Welzijn is vereist, evenals sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
