Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een Verantwoordelijk Verpleegkundige. In deze rol ben je de klinisch expert tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten en ondersteun je zorgteams op verschillende locaties. Je biedt niet alleen directe zorg aan cliënten, maar ook begeleiding aan collega’s in uitdagende situaties. De rol vraagt om een sterke klinische blik, competenties in verpleegtechnische handelingen en een geldige BIG-registratie.

Salaris conform CAO VVT, met ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.
