At Iv-Infra, we work every day to help build a climate-proof Netherlands. An example of our work is the complete preparation of an area development in relation to the water assignment, which involves the design of the surface water system, the sewerage system, and the groundwater system in a climate-robust way. We also like to work on stream restoration projects in which we restore the balance between water retention and water drainage, thereby giving nature an extra boost.

We are looking for a Team Leader to help us grow the Water Systems team further. As a Team Leader, you will work on issues across the full breadth of the field and receive the freedom to shape your own team. Our Water Systems team operates within the fields of surface water, geohydrology, and urban water and provides services for both internal and external clients.

The Water Systems team is part of the Hydraulic Engineering sector. You will work closely with the other team leaders within this sector to develop and implement the strategy further.

What do we expect of you?

You have a higher vocational/university level degree (HBO/WO) in Water Management or Civil Engineering (or similar) and at least seven years of experience in water systems. You have experience in leading projects and providing substantive consultancy within the field of water systems, and you have excellent communication skills. In addition, you have experience leading a team or the ambition to do so.

Your extensive network paves the way for you to score new assignments for your team.
