Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator, located in Gwalior. Responsibilities include performing administrative duties, managing communications, handling office equipment, and assisting in customer service tasks. The Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities, maintain records, and coordinate with team members effectively to support operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of professional Phone Etiquette
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Prior experience in office coordination or administration is advantageous
- Proficiency with common office software tools
