Overview
Traffic Dispatcher-C – Guymon Plant, Guymon, Oklahoma, United States. This role is a key member of the scheduling team and coordinates loading dock activities and driver communications. The Dispatcher will work with over-the-road drivers and maintain complete reports.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list is not intended to be all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned.
- Input necessary data into the Market Haul Delivery database, organize the output, and distribute it to the appropriate personnel.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet the operational needs of transportation, marketing, plant, and production.
- Direct the daily assignment of drivers and trucks by dispatching assets according to the best combination of route and equipment usage.
- Routinely make critical decisions regarding fleet operations and determine appropriate responses to emergencies.
- Assist the Market Haul Group with troubleshooting and follow-up deliveries and discrepancies between scheduled and actual deliveries.
Instills trust, communicates effectively, is action-oriented, ensures accountability, and drives results.

Required:
- High School or GED.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Ability to facilitate, encourage and lead a team to reach set goals.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer knowledge / Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends and overnight travel as requested.
