Role Description

This is a contractual, on-site role for an Elevator Mechanic located in Guwahati. The Elevator Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of elevators, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of the equipment. Additional responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and ensuring overall safety and compliance with operational standards. The role also involves collaborating with the team to identify potential areas of improvement and implementing preventative maintenance techniques to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Elevator Maintenance, Elevators, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
Strong understanding of Troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for elevator systems
Expertise in Electricity and electrical systems relevant to elevator technologies
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Relevant certification or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or related fields is an advantage
