This role supports operational reliability, system performance, and structured execution as the platform scales.

Role Overview

The Implementation & Technical Operations Engineer will work closely with backend and ML engineers to ensure system stability, structured data integrity, and disciplined production execution.
This is a technical operations role — not customer service.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, reliability, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform stability across live environments

• Identify and troubleshoot backend system issues

• Validate structured data outputs

• Support structured deployment processes

• Maintain issue tracking and resolution discipline

• Coordinate closely with engineering during rollout phases

• Ensure operational documentation remains up to date

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in backend support, technical operations, or systems engineering

• Strong debugging skills across APIs and backend workflows

• Comfortable reviewing structured data (JSON, CSV, logs)

• Clear communicator with disciplined execution style

• Experience working in production environments

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to fintech or financial systems

• Experience working in early-stage or fast-scaling environments

• Familiarity with data processing systems
