Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Guwahati. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of telecom and testing equipment, providing field service, and offering technical support. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting equipment repairs, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the technical team to address complex issues is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues
Experience in Field Service and hands-on work in technical environments
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Expertise in Technical Support, including advice, training, and guidance
Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair to ensure functionality and reliability of equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Engineering degree or diploma in  Electronics and Telecommunication
We will preferred candidates from Guwahati .
