Role Overview

As a Script Writer within our Videographics Team, you will serve as the primary architect of our visual narratives, translating abstract ideas into compelling video content. You will create the foundational blueprints—scripts and storyboards—that guide our motion graphic artists and editors in producing high-impact assets for the Vantage Circle brand. This role is highly collaborative and central to shaping engaging, brand-aligned visual storytelling.

Roles & Responsibilities

Scripting & Narrative Design
Draft high-conversion scripts for a diverse range of formats: product explainers, ad campaigns, client testimonials, tutorials, social teasers, and event highlights.
Adapt complex blog content into simplified, engaging video scripts that maintain educational value while enhancing audience retention.
Pre-Visualization & Storyboarding
Create detailed storyboards (visual breakdowns) to provide the motion graphic designers with clear directions on screens, framing, transitions, and pacing.
Translate technical product features into visual metaphors that are easy for the design team to animate.
AI-Driven Workflow Optimization
Integrate AI tools (e.g., for script brainstorming, AI voice synthesis, or generative imagery for storyboarding) to speed up the pre-production cycle.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the active team member between the Videographics team and other departments (Product, Client Success, Marketing, etc) to ensure the visual output meets the original brief's objectives.
Production Management
Negotiation & Stakeholder Management:
Manage expectations regarding project scopes and negotiate timelines with internal 'clients.'
Time Management:
Oversee the production pipeline for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring the Videographics team has everything they need to meet deadlines.

Technical Skills & Requirements

2-3 years in a creative production or video-centric role.
A portfolio showing a flair for both storytelling and technical writing.
Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance creative output.
