Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in California, United States. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. The role includes performing audits, tax preparation, budget management, and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Collaboration with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and reporting deadlines will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
Strong skills in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounts reconciliation
Experience in budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of compliance with financial regulations and internal audits
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
Prior experience in public accounting and knowledge of tax laws specific to California are an advantage
