Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality resident care and nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed physician in a long-term care facility.

• Assign and supervise care provided by CMAs and CNAs.
• Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and carry out physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions, report any changes, and assist in implementing care interventions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents' physical, social, and emotional well‑being.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
• CPR & First Aid certified.
• Previous experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Dependable and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
