On-Call Weekend LPN

On-Call Weekend LPN - $200 per day (Sat and Sun) + Additional $50 Per Visit

Companion Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on an on-call basis for weekends. This role involves providing selected nursing care under the direction and general supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or On-Call RN. The ideal candidate will be available on Saturdays and Sundays and will be compensated with a daily rate plus an additional pay per patient visit.

• Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
• Administer physician‑prescribed medication
• Dress or redress wounds and assess healing progress
• Educate patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification.
• 2+ years’ experience in home health or palliative care preferred
• Customer service‑oriented attitude
• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to patient homes within the designated area.
