Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with at least 3 years of experience for a night shift travel position.

• Work in the respiratory therapy department with a 19:00 to 07:00 night shift schedule
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Care for a varied patient population in a hospital setting
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles receive a reduced pay rate and are restricted to three consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility
• After three local contracts, a one-year break or transfer to a different facility outside the 50-mile radius is required

• Active CRT license required if applicable
• Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SINs not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
