• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
• Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, athe Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
• Promote Banc First services through cross‑selling banking products to new and existing clientele
• Participation in various community and public events
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures
• Extraordinary customer service at all times
• Outside business development calls required
• Assist with other job‑related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
• Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
• Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
• Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals rt
• Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
• Willing to participate in community events
• Outside business development calls required
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
