Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
Warehouse Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse team for loading and unloading.
Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
Tracking & Reporting
Track shipments and resolve delays or issues.
Prepare logistics reports for management review.
Cost Control
Monitor logistics expenses and optimize transportation costs.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Customer Support
Provide shipment updates to internal teams and customers.
Handle delivery-related queries and resolve complaints.
