Driver Operations Executive – Gurugram

Experience:
1–3 years in driver handling/operations preferred
About the Company:
We provide Pick & Drop services for OEM-authorized automobile service centers. Our team manages end-to-end driver operations to ensure smooth and timely customer service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day driver operations and coordination.
Ensure driver attendance, scheduling, discipline, and performance.
Hire and onboard new drivers independently as per business requirements.
Manage daily pickups and drops and address on-ground operational issues.
Maintain communication with drivers and service center staff.
Ensure smooth manpower supply to all client locations.
Requirements:
Experience in driver management/transport operations (preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to hire drivers through personal network or market.
Basic knowledge of routing and local geography of Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
Ability to handle pressure and manage on-ground challenges.
Salary: 30-40k, In hand or more as per the experience. Plus incentive.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
