Josh Talks is building a purpose-driven creative community, and we are looking for a driven  Community Growth & Operations Intern  who wants real responsibility, people leadership exposure, and end-to-end ownership of a live project. What You Will Own & Lead
Onboard new resources into the Josh Talks community as per the target by clearly communicating the vision, value, and expectations of working with us.
Persuade and guide potential community members to formally join Josh Talks and become active contributors.
Set performance targets for the resources you bring in.
Maintain regular communication with community members through structured follow-ups, updates, and daily check-ins.
Supervise and support the resources you onboard, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery across tasks.
Track progress across different sections of the project and flag risks or gaps proactively.
Act as the primary point of coordination between the community and the core Josh Talks team.
Skills & Qualities We Are Looking For
Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade, explain, and build trust.
Natural leadership ability and comfort in managing people, even without formal authority.
High ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
Organised thinking with the ability to track multiple people, targets, and timelines fidence in follow-ups and accountability without hesitation or discomfort.
Problem-solving ability and calm decision-making in dynamic situations.
Familiarity with basic tools such as Google Sheets, Drive, and Whats App or similar coordination platforms.
Genuine interest in community building, operations, or people-centric roles.
