Role Summary

The VM Retail CSA is a dual-role associate responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience through creative visual merchandising and outstanding customer service. This role ensures that the store reflects brand aesthetics while providing personalized assistance to customers, driving both engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising:

Execute visual displays as per brand guidelines and seasonal themes
Maintain window displays, mannequins, signage, and promotional setups
Ensure planogram compliance and timely VM updates
Collaborate with the VM team and store leadership for layout planning
Monitor customer response to displays and suggest improvements

Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems and basic design tools is a plus

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or related fields
