Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Specialist will assist customers with product inquiries, provide guidance in selecting the best solutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's product offerings. Daily responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively presenting products to drive sales. Additional tasks include monitoring inventory and staying informed about industry developments.

Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to ensure effective recommendations and understanding of product offerings
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively
Customer Service proficiency to address customer inquiries and promote satisfaction
Experience in a retail sales or customer-facing environment is preferred
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented approach
High school diploma or higher education, with relevant experience in sales or customer support
