Role Overview :
The Senior Store Manager is the owner of the store business , responsible for driving ₹15 lakh+ monthly revenue while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience . This role leads sales, team performance, inventory control, store operations, and local business development, acting as the face of KIWI in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue
Achieve and exceed ₹15 lakh/month store revenue
Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat visits, and local B2B sales
Plan in-store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal demand
Customer Experience
Deliver a warm, premium, story-led customer experience
Handle escalations and high-value customers
Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and visual merchandising
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate store staff
Set daily targets and review sales performance
Build a high-energy, sales-driven culture
Inventory & Operations
Own inventory accuracy, audits, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control
Coordinate replenishment and control shrinkage
Ensure smooth store operations with zero downtime
Local Marketing
Drive hyperlocal marketing, sampling, events, and partnerships
Act as a brand ambassador for KIWI in Gurgaon
Desired Candidate Profile :
3–6 years' experience in retail/FMCG store management
Strong sales mindset with proven revenue ownership
Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
Confident, well-groomed, customer-facing personality

Monthly Revenue (₹15 lakh+)
Customer Experience & Repeat Footfall
Inventory Accuracy
Team Productivity & Local B2B Sales
