Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Retail Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The Junior Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring product placement, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to optimize product performance. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and store teams, preparing reports, and assisting with sales strategy implementation to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Experience or understanding of Retail and Sales operations, with an ability to support store activities and inventory management.
Familiarity with Sales & Marketing strategies and the ability to support promotional and merchandising campaigns.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using retail management or inventory software is an added advantage.
