Requirements:
Minimum  4–5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer in Jewellery
Prior experience in the Jewellery industry is mandatory
Strong expertise in retail training, sales training, and product training
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with 6 days working

Role & Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured training programs for retail sales teams across stores.
Conduct product training sessions (gold, diamond, bridal collections, pricing, certifications, etc.).
Train teams on sales techniques, customer engagement, upselling, and closing strategies.
Develop onboarding modules for new hires and ensure smooth induction.
Conduct regular refresher training and performance-based coaching sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mystery audits, and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with Sales and Store Managers to identify skill gaps and create improvement plans.
Maintain training calendars, reports, and performance tracking dashboards.
Ensure grooming, etiquette, and luxury retail service standards are consistently followed.
